Korean Cosmetics - About Us

This blog is created by me to serve you by getting the Korean beauty products at a much CHEAPER price (At least 25% lower).
AND more order will mean better discount.

1) How do you order the products?
If you are interested in our products, please place an order by emailing to beautytrend@rocketmail.com in the following format.

2) How to do the payment?
After you have confirmed the order with us, please make the payment before the order closed. Payment to be made will be 50% of the total sale.

We will email you on the payment details after you sent us your order.
Payment can be made through Internet Banking, ATM Transfer and Cash Deposit Machine.
We accept transfers through DBS/POSB, UOB and OCBC.
We will advise you on the bank account number after you sent us your order.
All payments must be received before closing of pre-order.
Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and we will inform you through email.



3) When the order will close?
We are currently doing a monthly buying spree. The order for each month will be closed on the 7th day of the month. Order will only be confirmed when payment for the 50% of the total sale is made.



4) When the goods will arrive in Singapore?
The buying spree will take 1-2 weeks. The items will be shipped and delivered to Singapore in 3 days.



5) How the goods will be delivered to customer?
Addition of S$2.24 is payable for local registered mail. We highly recommend registered mail to prevent lost/damaged products.


Alternatively, we will set different dates to meet up for collection of products. Specific timings and dates will only be release after the orders have arrived in Singapore.


6) Is refund possible if I wish to cancel my order after pre-order closed?
No, any cancellation and changes to your order must be made before pre-order closes.

We will only make refund to products that are out of stock.





Disclaimer
All item will be check for flaws before sending out. Due to our company hygiene policy, we do not accept refund/exchange after item is sold. Please kindly ask all questions before payment and we will be glad to assist you.
